Each year we choose a charity to support.

Proceeds from our concerts go to this charity.

Meredith's Mission

I bumped into Meredith and her parents dressed as oversized unicorns in Poole Hospital on New Year's Eve 2025! It was the day Meredith rang the bell following her last chemo treatment.  I was so touched by this young girl to be thinking of others while receiving treatment herself, with endless enthusiasm and always with a smile on her face.

The choir was touched by Meredith's story too and so the decision to support them in their mission to make the lives of those families coping with cancer a little bit better, was a an easy one.   â€‹

When Meredith was diagnosed, the family quickly discovered that while the medical teams offered excellent clinical care, there was very little support for the emotional, practical and everyday challenges that families face.  They experienced the isolation of long hospital stays, the exhaustion of constant appointments, and the need for therapies that could help them and Meredith cope with the trauma.  Out of that journey, Meredith’s Mission was created, to make sure no family has to walk this path alone.

Vivamente Voices will supporting Meredith's Mission along with Cantilena Voices over the coming academic year.  For more information please visit their website by clicking on their logo.

We are thrilled to have been able to present a cheque to The Association of Friends of Beaucroft School for £2000.

Beaucroft is a Foundation Special School that caters for children and young people between the ages of four and nineteen who are experiencing learning difficulties, including complex needs, and those with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Their pupils’ needs range vastly and the school staff are dedicated to giving the very best education to the children that they deserve.

Routes to Roots

Routes to Roots is founded on Christian principles and supports rough sleepers, vulnerably housed (sofa surfers or in B&Bs) and newly housed (formerly homeless) adults in Poole regardless of their faith.

We have loved supporting this very worthwhile charity - we've sold plants, held quizes and coffee mornings and donated a lot of socks!

Thanks for everyone for attending concerts over the past year or so too, because you have helped us raise £2775.

Thank you!
