Welcome to Vivamente Voices! Our website provides information about Vivamente Voices and our events and activities. It can also be used for buying tickets to our performances, buying and/or downloading music, and for members to buy merchandise and pay membership and activity fees.

Any dispute will be processed in the UK and under UK laws.

Membership of the choir

It is in the absolute discretion of Musical Director (currently Sheila Dursley) whether or not to accept any application to join the choir.

The Musical Director may suspend or cancel any membership if in their absolute discretion such action is in the best interests of the Vivamente Voices choir.

No membership payments shall be refunded in full or part to any member.

Performances, events and activities

Everyone takes part in performances, events and activities at their own risk and agrees that Vivamente Voices nor any of our team, volunteers or members will be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss of money, or any other negative impact or experience.

Performances, events and activities can be affected by things that are outside the control of the Vivamente Voices team.

Refunds for performances, events and activities payments shall be entirely at the discretion of the Musical Director.
